- Give a demonstration of the project to the judges and answer questions from the judges on Fri 26 July, 13.00-14.30, Room 210-CD, QSNCC.
- Pitch the project to the judges Fri 26 July, 15.00-17.00, on the Mini Stage in the main exhibition area of QSNCC.
- Each team is given 7 minutes for their pitching using the submitted presentation slides. Online contents may not be shown when pitching.

- Give a demonstration of the project to the visitors of the SITE-2024 exhibition on Sat 27 July, 09.00-12.00, Room 210-CD, QSNCC.
- Hear the results of the competition and (possibly!) collect your awards at the award ceremony on Sat 27 July, 13.00-14.00, Room 210-CD, QSNCC.

The hackathon activities are mostly held in Room 210-CD located on the 2nd Floor of Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). The pitching is held at the Mini Stage located in Exhibition Hall 1 of QSNCC.

- No pants, shorts, or skirts with above-the-knee length
- No elephant pants or harem pants
- No sleeveless shirts
- No flip-flop shoes
- Please wear the provided AI Hackathon T-shirt on 24 and 26 July.
Dress code at QSNCC:
- You need to bring your own laptop or tablet computers to work on your project at QSNCC. If you would like to borrow any equipment or devices for use in your project (including cameras and microcontroller boards), inform the organizing team within Mon 22 July, 5pm.
- Do not leave your belongings unattended.
- You may not leave anything behind (including any devices or equipment used in your project) at the end of each day.
- There are no reserved parking spaces for hackathon participants at QSNCC.
